I have worked with roughly fifty clients through personal sales and referrals. Marketing and growth are achieved on my timeline.History:I started doing this to help friends and family and it quickly grew into more. As I found more success helping others learn dog behavior through my teaching and employee help (my dogs) it became evident that this is more than work. It became something I love doing and talking about. I handle lessons weekend to weekend so it has never interfered with my work week.

I accounted for multiple areas of income that the company took on. The routing and mileage reimbursement for our phlebotomists, the lab that performs a variety of medical testing. It was my job to keep these two streams flowing and to bill our patients accordingly with CMS guidelines, medicare fees, and consistent self-pay patient rates. I implemented many google systems for accounting that I kept updated on a daily basis. It is my job to make sure our bills are getting properly outsourced to our third-party team that handles the manual side of billing. It is also my duty to conduct meetings and check in with this team to affirm everything is being handled correctly. I also work with insurance companies to locate any errors in rejected or denied claims ensuring we find solutions and get paid. All of which has the means to drive revenue and keep our mileage and lab services profitable. My role has continually changed as more trust has been placed in my care. Our lab has seen growth since I have joined the team and it continues to find success as we tackled new business. In the last year we have introduced our own in-house lab that has created more options for growth and revenue for the company. It was my job to operate the financial side of this with the means to keep cashflow up and we are following lawful CMS rules.Job dutiesAccounting healthcare claims for our patients. Pro-rating our bills according to CMS guidelines and following CMS laws and regulations around medical billing. Daily reporting and tracking cash flow. Managing third-party company who handles the manual side of billing. Fixing and working with insurance towards getting our claims paid for and our services profitable. Overviewing our master company spreadsheets and keeping track of the status of our billable work. Leading billing meetings to update management so everyone is on the same page.

This was my first job in High School and I worked a variety of shifts. I managed the night shift more which included working solo in fulfilling customer needs, nightly chores, and establishment control.This job largely impacted my customer service likeness, team player mindset, and ability to prioritize workflow and daily tasks.
