I specialize in organizational design, team and process audits for marketing, communications, and media services teams aimed at creating outcomes for social good. Services are available through executive 1:1 and small group coaching, and/or project scopes of work on systems and resource allocation optimization, as well as direct digital-first integrated strategy development. As a partner at CCAH, I was responsible for business development, brand management, staff management on a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, internal and industry-facing decision science testing and training, UX and tech stack alignment for CRO and process optimization. After the MissionWired acquisition, I facilitated the brand, digital tech and staff unification of the two firms from the legacy CCAH side, enabling them to leverage their combined expertise and experience to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for social good. I’m a strategic problem solver and proactive relationship builder. A passionate evangelist for the progressive causes, purpose-driven organizations, and socially responsible brands I support through my work and personal life. I have a demonstrated ability building and leading successful, cross-functional teams, that consistently achieve growth and deliver on organizational goals. I’m dedicated to professional development and advancement of women, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ employees. And am a lifelong learner and a passionate public speaker, coach, and teacher.     CCAH merged with MissionWired in April of 2023. At CCAH, I created and scaled a digital dept. in a historically offline-focused nonprofit consulting firm; during which CCAH grew from 48 to over 120 staff.
