Brandon has the ability to work and manage both up-ladder and down-ladder. He has great leadership skills. He shows mature judgment beyond his age and truly exceptional understanding of digital solutions in a digital/visual world that is increasingly mobile. He works well with others and thinks well on his feet. His personality is open and thoughtful. He is not afraid to give his opinion, but is never quick to judge. He is a very good listener.
