Provided employment law support to Microsoft’s North American sales subsidiary including field-based operations, the Microsoft Office Division, and Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise business. Counsel human resources, business executives and managers in supported businesses on employment matters including risk mitigation associated with terminations, reductions in force, disability accommodation, leave issues, employee performance management, and hiring decisions. Manage employee investigations, attorney-demand letters, agency charges and mediations for supported businesses. Provide cross company support in various subject matter areas including noncompete enforcement, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations. More recently, have acted as company’s subject matter expert on global employee data privacy issues. Have also provided employment law support, including management of outside counsel, for Microsoft’s global mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including advice concerning transfer of undertakings requirements in Europe and elsewhere.

Co-host, produce and manage a twice-weekly Disney Cruise Line focused travel podcast with between 25K-29K downloads per month that charts consistently in the top 100 U.S. travel and leisure podcasts, with frequent appearances in the top 100 in Australia, Canada and the U.K. In addition the show is the most and highest rated DCL podcast. In addition to the podcast, we have a growing social media presence, YouTube channel, website and Substack newsletter.
