Main activities and responsabilities:- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget;- Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates;- Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules;- Preparing revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors;- Directing the purchase of building materials and supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff;- Development of architecture projects at retail and offices sector in all design phases;- Responsible for the coordination and control of the project from the design stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client;

Main activities and responsibilities:- Manage projects and construction works;- Supervising construction works;- Ensure compliance with the financial and temporal objectives defined for each project;- Projects and budgets validation;- Liaise between all stakeholders working on the project;- Asset licensing process;- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings;- Proactively identify, mitigate and track recurring project and construction issues.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Development of architecture projects at retail and offices sector in all design phases (schematic design, design development, project detailing and construction documentation);- Responsible for the coordination and control of the project from the design stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client;- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, work plans and resources;- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs;- Daily management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints; - Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff;- Materials ordering and deliveries control to ensure that all works are done in adequate time in line with the construction work plan and procurement schedule.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Responsible to produce schematic design, design development, construction documents and to keep project documents and drawings current;- Coordination all consultants and team members. Meets with suppliers and vendors as needed;- Supervising construction works;- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, work plans and resources;- Ensure that all work is completed with accuracy, high quality and delivered on time.
