I have a master's degree in business administration and a real estate broker license, as well as skills in management, budgeting, and operations. I am currently seeking a new opportunity to leverage my expertise and experience in a tech-driven real estate platform, such as Picket Homes, that is revolutionizing the residential market with innovative solutions and services.In my most recent role as the National Director of Renovations at Elara Property Management, I was the operation lead in setting up and executing the property onboarding and renovation process for an early-stage startup across seven states and 10 metropolitan areas. I established renovation standards, designed assessment and purchase order procedures, recruited and vetted vendor partners, negotiated pricing, and managed over 600 quality renovations. I collaborated with clients and cross-functional teams to constantly refine the process, standards, and key performance indicators to optimize lease returns for our clients.
