Leadership and service to I4DI clients in analytical services (evaluation, research, assessments), human-centered design, performance management, organizational and individual development. Responsibilities included new business development: pipeline analysis, capture, proposal development and grant acquisition.

Led development of programme management information systems for World Vision International. The systems are tactical knowledge management for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of World Vision’s global portfolio of programmes and projects (2,500+ programmes). This ongoing effort is a collaboration of internal and external partners and consultant firms, for an organization of over 40,000 employees in over 100 countries. Major responsibilities included:• Manage the strategic business direction of the product’s design, development and deployment.• Provide thought leadership on strategic business objectives that underpin the system.• Creation of data-driven plans to identify and evaluate new opportunities, understanding new technologies and their benefits to partners.• Present and defend recommendations to a variety of partners, executives, programme staff, developers and external partners / collaborators.• Definition and validation of the product.• Competitive benchmarking (i.e. how does it stack up against the competition or alternatives)• Direction to an appropriate product release schedule, implementation plans and appropriate business communications, which promote products and services as they are designed, built and deployed.• Managing the organizational human dimensions of change as they relate to deploying a programme information system.• Facilitate alignment between users and businesses deploying the system.• Manage the recruitment, development and performance of a team of professionals responsible for delivery of the system.• Successful delivery of the products benefits to end users, monitoring and evaluation of the response to the product that results in redefinition of the product roadmap to ensure the best possible user experience.• Building and differentiating the intellectual property that is the foundation of the information system.• Collaborate with industry partners on the development of like systems.

Managed a global research project to develop a set of development programme outcome metrics, to be evaluated across the worldwide organization. Also collaborated in the development and authoring of a standardized programme design, management, monitoring and evaluation framework - LEAP (Learning through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning).

Managed the Programme & Operations team for World Vision International in South Sudan, prior to the country's first peace agreement. The team was responsible for the resource acquisition and management of a large scale, multi-sector, humanitarian emergency response. The programme throughout the 90's was geographically diverse and covered health, water & sanitation, food security and agriculture, economic development, advocacy and support to civil society.
