During the last thirteen years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of content management systems, embraced advanced product and delivery lifecycle methodologies and have a relentless passion for providing seamless (optimized) user experiences. Embracing design and product led methodologies, while crosscutting all teams, has allowed me to very efficiently deliver content & UX experiences that have greatly reduced TCO and increased customer satisfaction / adoption. To date, I have also performed and have the ability to either directly own or have direct oversight over; CMS user support (BA and/or production support), oversee production platform management (ITIL incident & problem management) as well as writing the upstream operational processes themselves.Finally, I have developed a wider lens of skills to elevate and deepen my value proposition. These include quals with release and backlog management, OKR and KPI development, metrics driven philosophies, actionable reporting development, project management oversight & development.
