Served as an adjunct faculty member of Millsaps College, Else School of Management's Executive Education Program in providing customized leader development training for the executives of businesses. One fun role is facilitating the "Five Dysfunctions of A Team" workshop as well as working with executives in the area of strategic thinking.

The mission of our team was to find and partner with like-minded nonprofits in order to help their leaders maximize organizational performance by helping them to integrate the essential practices of personal mastery, relational effectiveness, and strategic execution. Our focus was on nonprofits and higher education. We also conducted the senior management training & assimilation for the for-profit companies purchased by AE. Additionally, we managed the internal training of AE's corporate staff. AE is an excellent organization! We left Indiana to move back to Mississippi to care for aging parents.

NiTek was a joint venture between MagneTek, Inc. and Nichimen Trading and had plants in Byram, MS and McAllen, TX.

Led the team responsible for ensuring the Steel SBU of MagneTek was producing products that met or exceeded the established standards for the product. Trained employees in total quality assurance systems, improved systems, and worked to ensure the success of the Steel SBU.Also managed the Annealing Department as well as the Steel Quality Lab.

Commanded the 236th Ordnance Company in Carrollton, TX - a unit of over 230 Soldiers. ARTEP Controller / Evaluator in Jackson, MS responsible for evaluating the combat readiness of various Army Reserve and Army National Guard units.

Responsible for ensuring a certain set of suppliers to TI's DSEG met TI's standards and if not to work with them to bring them up to standard.

Served first as a Platoon Leader and then Executive Officer of B CO, 9th S&T BN at Ft. Lewis, WA. Following that assignment, I served as the Troop Movement Officer & ADACG / SPOECG Operations Officer for the Ft. Lewis ITO. Responsible for coordinating rapid deployments off of Ft. Lewis as well as other large troop movements via air, rail, road, and sea.
