- Created controlling department in an international environment : * Took over existing financials and historical data and created an automated, standard, monthly closing for reporting purposes in 4 operational entities * Created consolidated accounts in UK Gaap for auditing and publication purposes * Chose and implemented reporting and consolidation software : Opera developed and powered by Amelkis amazing team * Implemented checks and analysis for gross margin optimisation dealing with more than 120 suppliers, 16 selling currencies and 30 buying currencies in competitive environment * Took part in several KPIs reports mainly focusing on sales, website traffic, conversion, product performance and project analytics- Participated in a due diligence process leading to discussions with more than 10 third parties - successfully participated in LBO process including all financial disclosure, due diligence process, IFRS impact calculation, KPIs, bank certification process etc. - Hired and trained one team member -> Acquired skills include : Basic knowledge in SQL database language and requesting, consolidation principles, consolidation software deployment, goodwill calculation, time management on 3 different time zones, group standard designing, training and management, knowledge in tax, legal structure, international auditing process.

- Performed primary analytics, testing and completion work in the process of auditing several clients in Asset Management- Coordinated client communication to ensure the flow of information - Assisted on coaching and support of the team

- Entered general expense invoices into Sage 100, accounting software on a daily basis.- Entered shipping container invoices using Ecolix software to enable the processing of payments to suppliers.- Prepared monthly closing financial statements and reports for 3 stores. - Performed daily Bank reconciliation for two companies affiliates of Roche Bobois. - Performed internal audit of store inventories and developed inventory management processes for the seasonal inventory counts for five stores.- Prepared presentations and reports depicting store performance and sales statistics between 2008 and 2010.

Created a model to analyze the monthly fixed expenditures for Europe Zone: - obtained, edited, and summarized branch expenditures in a reporting database. - built and automated an expenditure tracking spreadsheet and dashboards. - performed data analysis and reporting which contributed to a € 15 million reduction in fixed expenditures within Europe Zone. - Managed weekly sales reporting, automated data entry, performed data analysis and conducted performance reporting for L'OrIal division Directors. - Performed reliability analysis and administrative tasks related to L'OrIal's € 2 billion sales budget within Europe Zone. - Coordinated the Division requirements with local managers and controllers as reference contact.
