Since joining the college in 2001, I've transitioned to Program Director for Database, Programming, and Server Administration, focusing on strategic and operational leadership. In this role, I ensure our infrastructure is robust and secure, in alignment with our objectives. As a Senior Database Administrator and SSIS Developer, I manage our databases, utilizing technologies like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Workday, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Our local systems provide critical data management and support integrations for many third-party vendors, enhancing our operational capabilities.I've held certifications such as the OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA), reflecting my expertise in database and workflow administration. Since 2016, I've also served as our Workday Technical SME and Report Writer, employing advanced data management and integration techniques to bolster our data-driven decision-making process.Beyond my technical and leadership responsibilities, I am deeply committed to mentoring new employees on my team, guiding their professional development and ensuring they are well-equipped to contribute to our mission. This mentorship fosters a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, building a skilled and knowledgeable team dedicated to innovation and cyber resilience.

As Chief of the Department I am the administrative supervisor and provide tactical leadership during incidents. I've received my National Registry Certification as an EMT and I'm also a certified all hazard firefighter and Fire Equipment Operator with a Class 'A' endorsement to my drivers license.
