Leading team of 40+ specialists maintain existing DMS and Scada system to monitor and control PG&E’s transmission and distribution grid across 5 control centers. Transitioning team to replace exiting system with EMS and ADMS systems along with cloud based DERMS.

With Exelon's acquisition of Pepco Holdings, I now manage teams responsible for enabling business users to make full benefit from our Operations and Engineering technologies. I have direct responsibility for business uses of EMS, OMS, and GIS. I have less direct responsibility over all Ops and Engineering technologies like mobile dispatch, and smaller systems. This position continues to take advantage of my extensive experience in applying technology to make system and field operations more efficient and accurate.

Assisted with the development of cost of service studies for various clients of the firm. Worked closely with a large Canadian utility to develop retail rates and rate proceeding strategy.

9 year's experience as a software engineer for NYSEG's ABB Energy Management System, residing onsite at the vendor while development progressed. 3 year's experience in NYSEG's rates department including development of NYSEG's open-access transmission rate filing, ER97-2353, at FERC. Acted as case organizer with legal counsel and testfied as expert rate witness on behalf of the Company.
