In my current function(s) I'm responsible for multiple parts of our technical delivery to customers:- As Team Lead I manage and distribute both daily operation tasks and projects across the technical team and follow up where needed.- As Service Delivery Manager I ensure that our SLA's towards the customer are always kept. Keeping in touch with all our customers through regular meetings and calls to ensure optimal client satisfaction is also part of this role.- As Technical Consultant I still do some implementations myself from time to time to make sure my technical skills remain on par.

When working at Ondit my main focus was on IBM's Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM). I was responsible for the TSM environments of multiple customers which ranged from KMO's to larger customers with multiple TSM servers. My activities included day to day managing of these environments as well as installing and configuring new servers and clients. Installing the IBM hardware needed to run these setups was also part of my tasks.
