Over the past two decades, I have gathered valuable experiences that have shaped my perspective on the art, science, and psychology of achieving successful and sustainable digital transformation.I have explored private and government settings across various domains, including manufacturing, domestic and commercial building, surveying, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and utilities. Within each domain, I have focused on equipping these markets to achieve their business objectives through technology (including digital twins, CAD, BIM, GIS, SaaS and custom app development) to facilitate better decision-making.From founding and directing small tech startups to contributing to a Fortune 500 engineering firm, and currently, as an entrepreneur in the public service, I rely on two fundamental principles to drive change:Firstly, ask quality questions to gain deep domain knowledge. I ascribe to Voltiare's philosophy that a person's true comprehension lies not just in their answers but in the questions they ask. Secondly, opportunities should be approached holistically by understanding the existing people, processes, technology, and commercial drivers at play. As I look to the future, I am sure we will witness the collaborative efforts of people and technology uniting to tackle local and global challenges that directly impact our lives, families, communities, and businesses.
