FP&A Manager supporting Global Enterprise Theater (GET) Sales organization, which consisted of 28 of Cisco's largest multinational customers. Led consolidation of weekly & monthly bookings forecasts, opex management, and reporting and analytics.

Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence Finance group. Developed standardized reporting for multiple areas across Cisco and partnered closely with shared services resources to streamline and automate reporting.

FP&A lead for Sales, Marketing, IT, and Facilities Organizations. Managed $85M+ in global opex budget for these teams in addition to ad-hoc business analysis.

Commercial Finance lead for EarthLink's Dial-up Business Unit (2M+ subscribers, $400M+ revenue during tenure). Managed subscription revenue budgeting and forecasting, as well as development of 5-year strategic plan. Responsible for providing monthly P&L reviews and forecast updates directly to the company's executive team (C-level, SVPs, VPs). Primary contact supporting Product Marketing and Product Management teams for pricing, profitability analysis, and customer valuation (LTV, CLV) for new and existing products. Developed business cases for emerging initiatives and partnerships within EarthLink's broadband, video, satellite, and wireless divisions.

Led multiple internal audits, reviewing retail operations, supply chain management, wireless network operations, and network procurement, in addition to staff auditor work on approximately 12-15 additional reviews.
