Hi! I'm Brian, I'm a US national from New York (often based in Istanbul, Turkey!) passionate about globalization, strategy, and business development. What I do best is help people communicate their ideas and vision better, close more deals, and see the world in a different way. I began my career as a freelance web designer and then dove into the psychology of sales. I love to sell and inspire, design new offerings, and connect people to what they want in life, both in the more traditional consulting roles I've held, as well as in the international mobility industry and citizenship/residency niche where I also have expertise.I focus on driving clear communications and innovative thinking wherever I can serve. I aim to apply my learnings from solo trips to around 100 countries to gain a deeper perspective on where the world is headed. I have lived across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe in ~10 countries and can guide clients on a wide range of topics regarding passports, residencies, real estate, travel, and other diversification strategies in a post-2020 world.My knowledge of geopolitics and investment migration has a focus on Turkey, Middle East, and BRICS+ countries. I have developed a deep understanding of the flows of global capital through my work with Investment Migration Insider (IMI) and my own on-the-ground market research. I also have worked full-time as a business strategist for a US-based visual communications firm Throughline and can approach core business development projects with the rigor of both a business consultant and a design strategist.In my personal/academic life, I travel the world to understand how globalization has completely changed how humans see themselves and relate to each other. My passion is observing how people of vastly different backgrounds interact with global capitalism, fashion their identities in the digital world, and navigate the many complex challenges that are apparent in this decade. I am often critical of old historical hegemonies, especially in foreign policy, and openly seek to be part of ushering in a more multipolar and diverse world. Language learning is my hobby, and I study several languages intensively through online instruction including Arabic, Turkish, Farsi, Hindi, Russian, Chinese, German, and others. I enjoy trying out new products in the hospitality and aviation industries and have a fun obsession with malls and retail design.
