In my role as a support worker, I assist and support a range of customers in session activities. I communicate the goals of the session to families or program coordinators, travel to and from required activities or programs and build rapport with customers and families.

Currently in my role as vocational skills Advisor, I would assist and support a range of customers in being able to achieve their goals through the program. The type supports included supporting them in gaining employment, Proving their educational or employment skills, working on strategies and Building their confidence, And working on that independent schools which included applying for drivers license going to the bank and approaching other people in the community.I have been involved in a number of programs including TTW (Transition To Work), OHSC (Out-of-hours School Care), and Flexible Respite.

At WorkVentures, I was actively involved in running and creating community basic programs, organising the connect centers event, and redesigning of promotional material. While at WorkVentures I was given opportunities to improve my community service skills by regular meetings with staff and through feedback.
