I develop and lead the implementation of our digital strategy in the Chevron Shipping Commercial organization. I spearhead the adoption of new technologies that will improve productivity and reducing operating expenses. This includes updating or refining our current processes in both operations and finance to take advantage of gained effiicency with the adoption of technology. I also provide leadership in the journey toward Environmental Sustainability by developing metrics and tools to ensure we are moving in the right direction - delivering energy with lower carbon impact.

Leverage commercial and finance experience to build new analytical tools across the organization, resulting in improved productivity and lower operating expenses. Focused on the implementation of new management reporting (Power BI), implementation of new Voyage Management and Accounting software (Veson).

- Lead team of experienced financial analysts in providing outstanding financial services to the commercial function within Chevron Shipping (annual revenues of +$1.5 bn). - Develop partnerships across functional groups to provide solutions to operational and commercial customers across the globe serving as a finance SME.- Lead monthly profit/loss analysis and develop commentary, presentations and executive summaries to President and direct reports detailing actual vs plan analysis- Work with operations and commercial groups to build monthly 3-month rolling forecasts as well as annual 3-year forecasts, clearly documenting assumptions and identifying areas for reducing cost.- Lead decision analysis around new vessel acquisition and capital upgrades to vessels, and support operational initiatives for vessel upgrades.

- Monthly and quarterly performance analysis for Comptroller, CFO and CEO.- Development of analysis, presentation materials and commentary for the Comptroller and CFO for use in business performance reviews, press releases and Board of Directors meetings.-Development of SEC supplemental disclosures on behalf of Chevron Corporation. -Development of Earnings Releases talking points and follow-up analysis- Special projects and ad hoc analysis.
