Hands-on, engineering-oriented executive with experience developing, manufacturing, selling, distributing and supporting bio-medical equipment, devices and software around the world for large- and mid-cap healthcare companies and for venture-backed start-ups.I have led multiple successful product launches, including one central to doubling the market capitalization of a publicly traded biomedical equipment manufacturer focused on the collection of blood components for the treatment of rare diseases. I created and led new services to transform a large medical device company, and I have managed 400 FTE located across 20 countries in Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Canada, delivering and providing supply chain and services to 1000s of customers. I spent four years in Europe as head of a 150+ person operation that I moved into a new automated facility, and I have been part of the founding team of two venture-backed technology start-ups.My passion Is in creating and leading high-performing teams.
