Delivery Management within a Scaled Agile programme environment of Social Security Scotland benefit and technical deliveries - https://www.socialsecurity.gov.scot/Projects:*Scottish Carers Assistance* and *Carers Additional Child Payment* benefits (Discovery phases) until both projects were paused in April 2020 as a result of a wholesale Programme re-prioritisation and re-plan due to the impact on DWP (our key delivery partner) of the COVID19 pandemic.I was subsequently deployed to the *Child Winter Heating Payment* benefit project (during its Beta phase) - this benefit successfully went Live in December 2020.Subsequently, I joined the the *SPM Cross Cutting* portfolio of work which delivered a range of benefit-agnostic enabling functionality within the Curam case management platform, predominately technical interface deliveries.I have recently seen *Winter Heating Payment* (making seasonal payments to 400k clients in Scotland) through its full delivery life cycle (from Discovery all the way through to Go Live, and subsequently the Transition of the service from the Programme to ownership by Social Security Scotland.)I am presently providing the delivery management services to the *Pension Age Winter Heating Payment* project, which will meet the seasonal benefit needs of~1.1million pension-aged clients in Scotland from Winter 2024 onwards.
