I have been an avid student of technology since I was seven. As one of the original “latchkey kids,” I usually walked into an empty home. I vividly remember coming in one day just as the phone rang. “What makes that thing work?” I wondered. I proceeded to dismantle our wall-mounted home phone, spreading the components across our kitchen table. Moments later, Mom came home: “What did you do, Bruce Kreeger!?” I calmly replied, “Don’t worry, Mom. I can fix it.” I then proceeded to reassemble the phone, and with a little help from my Grandmother, was able to test my work. When Dad came home later, I could see Mom formulating the familiar words, “Look what your Son did!” She stopped herself, realizing that the phone was fully assembled and in perfect working condition. You could call this my start in the technology business, and I have never stopped learning and experimenting to this day. It’s fitting that Clarity’s new 12,000 square foot NJ-based headquarters – where we maintain our network operations and service centers - is a converted law office and the building dates to the 1920's.I’m a big believer in giving back and helping my colleagues and network in any way I can.
