Bridget is currently the senior director of strategy and data at Compass Experience Labs, a multi-million dollar Customer Care organization in growth mode. She is responsible for leading a team of analysts in developing and implementing data-driven insights that help her clients improve customer loyalty and LTV. Additionally, she assists with P&L management and owns the firm’s strategy and financial forecasting/budgeting. Bridget began her career at Alphabet (Google Fiber, X, and Sidewalk Labs), where she focused on building cross-functional partnerships and unlocking operational efficiencies by identifying/removing roadblocks. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business (MBA) and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business (BBA). In her spare time, she enjoys live music, hiking, and Detroit sports.
