In my role of Scrum master I facilitate the delivery-teams working on the DLL Global Data warehouse (running in Microsoft Azure).We work according SAFE - the Scaled Agile Framework methodology to manage the business requests in a couple of release-trains.In my role as Scrum master I also help the Release Train Engineer in organizing and facilitating the quarterly planning ceremonies (the Program Increment planning).

Business Consultant within the IT Delivery team for DLL Asset Management; Asset Management manages the Asset's lifecycle looking at Asset Valuation, Portfolio and Re-marketing. By managing this complete lifecycle DLL optimizes the Asset's usage.Within the Scrum/Agile-team I assured that all business-requests matched the Asset lifecycle concept, next to that I supported the business integration of the delivered IT solutions within Europe.

Support the global change management process for the IT pipeline, which includes enhancements and IT projects following the defined standards for the change process.Using the global approach for requirements gathering, cost-benefit analysis and business case definition. Partner with relationship management, business process management, IT supply and global business leaders to support a data driven methodology for decision making and to ensure IT effort is aligned with business priorities.
