Bond is developing a video communication platform specifically designed to empower Deaf and Hard of Hearing users. Today's one-size-fits-all video call solutions fail to support many. We fix it using unique Al features, Deaf-centered design, and on-demand services.

Lead Designer for the launch and ongoing support of the payment experience of Amazon's pilot program to accept SNAP EBT (food stamps). Designed and launched the FSA/HSA payment experience so people can use tax-advantaged money for medical expenses.Designed and Launched Amazon Lending's new Loan Discovery and Application service in US and UK. Designed concept end-to-end North Star experience for Lending road map including collaboration with Seller Services CX team.

Worked collaboratively with project managers, technical project managers, and developers to solve both business and customer needs for co-branded credit cards and shop with points products. Created user flows and low fidelity wireframes for mobile, desktop, and tablet. Worked closely with retail team to discuss proposed designs and incorporate feedback. Created interactive prototypes. Worked with outside research firm to run usability studies. Made changes to designs based on findings. Reviewed designs with stakeholders. Created full fidelity mocks working within the existing Amazon pattern library. Participated in weekly design review meetings.

My role was to define and drive the future of Amazon Payments design. I partnered directly with product and business owners to help continuously re-imagine what Amazon Payments could be.
