Along with that priority operational issues were revealed by me to the Chinese buyer which extended outside the normal scope of KPMG work to provide a comprehensive assessment of commercial potential.In early April 2015 I had helped draft technical and financial proposals to help KPMG win first place on all counts in a government run tender.
