I commenced my Allianz journey in 2011 in the Workers Compensation division helping to guide injured workers return to health and work. I utilised the strong training packages, mentoring and career progression opportunities to become a Technical Specialist. In 2018 I was trusted to be a member of a Pilot Team in the newly formed NSW CTP MAIA scheme alongside 6 other colleagues. I quickly found enjoyment in navigating the unknown and helping to establish new processes, policies and procedures and later securing a management position in forming the first Common Law team in 2020, remotely. As a manager I ensure that I am available to my team and support them in achieving not only their personal development goals, but also their goals to put the customer at the centre of everything they do. Leading with curiosity and a customer obsession I am open to exploring innovative ways to streamline and improve our service offering.
