At Scientific Drilling, I inherited an organization with quality, delivery, and customer services issues during one of the worst downturns in the O&G industry. Within a year I had completely redesigned my department, resulting in 40% increase in output, decrease scrap by 20% and 25% reduction in inventory. As technical product manager at LORD Corporation, I led the introduction of LORD into the downhole drilling market. This included several new long-term ventures that cemented LORD as a player in the market. For Reme Technologies, I developed a start-up venture resulting in profitability within 3 months of business launch and full ROI within 6 months. At National Oilwell Varco, I served as the product line manager for the largest product offering within the Wellbore Technologies group. Revenue grew from $250MM to $375MM within 4 years and I launched 4 new product offerings, resulting in $75MM in new revenue.
