Develop and Drive all Tetra Pak Processing business in East China, Hongkong and Taiwan.1. Drive effective cross functional and cross border Strategic Account/Customer Management (BRM, plans, teams, targets, channels and shared objectives). Align rules of engagement for joint Strategic Accounts/Customers together with other businesses.2. Ensure establishment of Strategic Account Teams/Sales Team with the right competences and resources to deliver the sales target on both top line and bottom line.3. Contribute on long term and short-term business strategies making, find the business growing opportunities and drive on right portfolios development and deployment. 4. Manage customer satisfaction with Strategic Accounts/Customers. Drive implementation of consistent commercial terms and conditions for Strategic Accounts/Customers in processing cluster.

Leading the 4 people sales management team to support the sales and control the risk:1. Managing the sales opportunities through supporting and maintaining the sales management platform, improving the accuracy of master data, also developing new function together with central team to meet new management requirements.2. Set up or optimize the sales management process such like quotation approval process, contract approval process and risk assessment. also collating sales bidding documentation, set up the stamping process to support sales dairy work.3. implement the new policies or new governance from Head Office locally if there is any, and give the training to the related people about the these new governance, and set up the supporting documentations accordingly. 4. Coordinate the internal and external resource to arrange the sales trainings to the sales people and follow up the result to optimize the training programs.
