• Responsible for uploading reports and transcribed notes to the respective patient's chart as well as informing the appropriate referring doctor using the PS Suite EMR system• Manage third-party billings such as lawyers and insurance as well as IFH and WSIB claims followed by reconciliation• In charge of scheduling the staff and doctors along with developing and implementing office policies and procedures• Maintain a sufficient inventory of various supplies and order new equipment as needed• Send out referrals along with relevant documents to specialist office• Resolve issues with the building and facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs• Assist receptionists to schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency• Advise Management of day-to-day operations, including any time-sensitive or emergency situations
