I have an experience of 16 years in handling of Digital Mobile and OTT Platform, FM Radio , Public Performance Royalty Revenue Recognition and Distribution in PDL (Phonographic Digital Ltd.) for 4 years and in PPL (Phonographic Performance Ltd.) for 12 Years.PPL (150 Cr Company) Responsibilities : Reporting to CEO, I was working there as a Senior Manager - Revenue Assurances and Distribution of Royalty. which includes Revenue Assurance and Distribution of Mobile Licensing Business , FM Radio Licensing Business, which includes Liasoning with Licensee for Royalty Invoicing, Recoveries and TDS matters and Distribution of Royalty to Members and liasoning with Members on their reports and revenues.PDL (40 Cr Company)Responsibilities) reporting to CEO or Board : April-17 to Mar-18 was working as a Senior Manager - Revenue Assurances and Distribution of Royalty. PDL was formed to look after only Mobile / Digital Platform Revenues of Royalties and its Distribution for regional contents only. I was responsible to Look after royalty revenues, collection from Mobile Platforms namely Airtel, Vodafone, IDEA and Jio and OTT Platforms Saavn, Gaana, Amazon , I-Tunes , Spotify Revenues and its distribution to members.April-18 I was promoted to Vice President Finance and thereafter was responsible for Accounts and Finance , Revenue Assurance and Distribution, Finalisation of Accounts, Liasoning with Statutory Auditors, Bankers , Licensees and Members. Income Tax & GST Matters with consultants, getting Lower TDS Certificates based on estimated Revenue Budget, Liasoning with company secretary, Involved in developing of software for Royalty Distribution to members and any other matter as decided by Board or CEO time to time.

PPL (150 Cr Company) Responsibilities : Reporting to CEO, I was working there as a Senior Manager - Revenue Assurances and Distribution of Royalty. which includes Revenue Assurance and Distribution of Mobile Licensing Business , FM Radio Licensing Business, which includes Liasoning with Licensee for Royalty Invoicing, Recoveries and TDS matters and Distribution of Royalty to Members and liasoning with Members on their reports and revenues. Liasoning with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors for Revenue Recognition.

Responsible for Accounts, Finance, payroll, and software development of company. Reporting to General Manager. Liasoning with Auditors,Tax Authorities, Immigration Director.
