I have competent experience in the Software industry of managing substantial teams, developing products at scale, Operational excellence in 6+ business domains. During my 11 years long tenure at PayPal, I led several initiatives.- Led technology teams in transforming customer success and insights platform, Content management platform transformation, redefined Customer experience for resolution center.- Been a significant part of the engineering services team for over 2 years.- Significantly contributed in changing code source tool from expensive Clearcase to GIT Tool and at scale.- Led global teams across four different geographical locations and transformed CS app to multitenant platform- for prevention of Customer contacts proactive services - Led Customer success and insights platform development for PayPal- Led eWIT - eBay women technology in India.- Led PayPal Unity - an employee resource group for women.- Led recharge initiative for women back to work.- POSH committee member in PayPal- Co-Chair for Women Initiative Network APAC event.- Core leader for India Opportunity Hackathon and Opportunity conference events that helped non profits through tech solve- Been part of various panels - Innovation, Wellness, Inclusion, Collaboration.I had a chance to lead some of the exciting people and innovate products in my corporate journey, which made me more fond of the technology world.
