• Interacting with the users on a daily basis.• Registering WR’s (Work Request) sent by business users.• Informing concerned teams to deliver estimates, about the registered Work Request• Following-up on a daily basis with various teams and ensuring that all responses about estimates are delivered in time.• Consolidate all the estimates and then send those to clients.• Update share point repository accordingly.• Identify problem areas pro-actively.• Extract data for reporting, from Tool• Prepare monthly Service Level Reports for various clients.• Send these reports to various Service Delivery Managers.• Book invoices for clients in Oracle system.

•Verify the details on invoices with that on the purchase orders. Resolve the variations, if any.•Receive invoices or bills from vendors, get them sanctioned and arrange for payments through cheques or bank transfers.(RTGS or NEFT)•Collect the necessary information and the source documents related to the financial transactions from the concerned people in the organization to update the financial statements.•Submit monthly reports regarding the expenses and cashbook balances.•Treasury functions such as day to day banking, reconciliation, loan arrangement with banks.•Attend calls from suppliers and corporate office to sort the issues related to payments of Suppliers and Vendors.•Acting as a Team Lead in absence of team lead and managing team, handling their queries and meeting them work together to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement).•Maintain petty cash book.•Have exposure towards software applications tools like ADEPT, TALLY and MBA.•Employee Expenses and travel claims processed as per the company policies•Taking initiatives in EHS (Employee Health & Safety) meetings which were held in the Company
