Roles & Responsibilities: - Actively & proactively coordinate any interface issue affecting the project schedule through IDC or meetings.-Interface with internal Project Management team to understand & deliver Engineering content to meet their expectations.- Progress Monitoring in agreement with internal stake holders & publishing Engineering Progress Reports.- Ensure 3D model clash run is executed on regular intervals & proper resolution with all discipline is achieved.- Ensure Collaborative approach to Vendor Print review to ensure turnaround within defined time.- Oversee assigned activities are as per SOP’s (Check Prints, Check lists, etc.)- Generating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Vendor Document Review & Document numbering procedure & Ensured adherence to SOPs.- Assist in Generating Lesson Learned, Risk Register, Value Engineering, Update Man-hour Monitoring & Organizational Chart for CFCL Project Audit

Roles & Responsibilities: - Weekly Manpower Plan updates including Actuals, Forecasts and Resources. Histograms.- Management of the PAFing which concludes to ensure the position titles, classification codes, timesheet and rates are aligned as per the agreed forecast.- Issuing PAAF package every week for new PAAF’s on project for Client approval.- Maintenance of the WBS structure for over 1,000 codes for Complete EACOP project (UK, GID & other locations)- Maintaining Staffing Plan, Change order Summary file.- Weekly Timesheets and control for all project locations. Issuing Timecard Report (weekly for End Client).- Coordinating with Information Mgmt. team for complete access on project to new starters (weekly).- Issuing Billing rates for new employees to Home-Office Billings’ team to add the employees with corresponding rates in system.- Reviewing PCO’s (Potential change orders).- Importing Actuals on ECOSYS on weekly basis.- Cost Codes/Mapping in ECOSYS- Overtime Management/Analysis - Super checker to ensure each week’s timesheets are booked according to the forecast to enable correct billings and payments.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Plot Plan & Equipment Layout development- Preparation and maintaining of LSTK Documents.- MTO for Pipe Fittings & Valves.- MTO for cost estimate.- Pipe Routing Study on Navisworks Freedom & in 2D software (Auto-CAD)- Coordinating with other discipline to meet process requirement.- Checking of vendor documents (VDRN) & initiating inter departmental documents (IDRN).- Participation in 30%, 60% & 90% Model review.- Isometric Tracking & Issuing IFC of Isometrics.
