i) Finalization of all book entries of sales, purchase, receipt, payment,journals and Co-ordinating with Sales Accounts Executive of other group companies (Arteffects Decor Pvt Ltd) for collecting the Invoices of sale, purchase,vouchers Receivables weekly or monthly basis.ii) Responsible for handling petty cash on daily basis along with preparation of vouchers & maintaining files. Preparing & verifying bank reconciliation statement in tally on daily basisiii) visit to Branch ( Arteffects Décor Pvt Ltd) on weekly basis for physical cash & vouchers verification . Reconciliation of cash deposit as per cash sales on weekly basis along with expense vouchers recheckingiv) Expertise in statutory works i.e GST, TDS, PT (working & return filling) prepared & submitting within the due date.v) Responsible for ledger scrutiny on monthly basis & responsible for taking approval for release of payments of vendors & other liability by cheque, bank transfer.
