Every step along the way has taught me something valuable about teamwork and resilience. As a Program Manager for the General Motors Premium Imports Team at GM, I managed complex projects that required collaboration across different departments and stakeholders. It was rewarding to see how our collective efforts could drive meaningful change.Before stepping into my current role, I honed my skills as a Scrum Leader within GM's D2C division. Leading cross-functional teams taught me the importance of clear communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments. I remember one project where we had tight deadlines; by fostering open dialogue among team members, we not only met our goals but also strengthened our working relationships.My background includes valuable internships at HCL Technologies and Veritas Technologies LLC, where I gained hands-on experience in IT business operations and project management. These experiences solidified my belief that effective leadership is about empowering others. I am passionate about creating an environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to contribute.Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local coffee shops—there’s something about discovering new brews that energizes me!
