Following a successful 23 year long water career in Sydney, Australia & 7 years in India building a water impact NGO currently being run by a small team, I am back in Australia In Australia, I have taken a full time role with FNQROC. My role as Waste Management Plan Coordinator involves helping 11 regional councils to take a Circular Economy approach to achieving targets to reduce waste going to landfill.Also keen to write some successful stories of Australia-India collaborations and partnerships.---------Prior to 2017, I served the Australian water sector (Sydney Water and City of Sydney) as a water professional from 1995 when I migrated to Australia from India.I have over 25 years of experience in facilitating & implementing decentralised water conservation programs and water sensitive neighbourhoods. Onsite water schemes & water sensitive neighbourhoods are designed to make the most judicious use of every drop that falls on the site while creating multi-functional water solutions. With work experience across Australia, New Zealand and India, I have worked in diverse functions across the value chain of the water system, namely -strategy, policy, planning, capacity building, design and operations.
