What kind of roles do we recruit for?- Most of the candidates we recruit are for founding roles where the hiring bar is exceptionally high. Or critical roles where there cannot be a mis-step or failure. - The roles we do most often are founding engineers or many times the first founding role for a function E.g. the founding Account Executive, the first Product Manager or the first Customer Success person or the first Marketing Manager. - Sometimes the roles are first by geography. E.g. The first engineering hire out of India, when the entire engineering is based out of the US. Or the first hire in the US (usually Account Executive) for a startup whose team is based in India. As teams grow, we also help with finding the first Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering. What kind of results can you expect?Typically 1 in 4 hires is a rockstar. How is your interviewing experience?You will find that interviewing is a breeze as you are equipped with a comprehensive background about the candidate that includes the candidate's written Q&A even before you speak to the candidate. Over 95% of the candidates we present get interviewed and over 80% proceed to subsequent rounds.
