• Actively participated in the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including cross-channel / cross-team project management, performance, and service integration• Defined and led project scopes, timelines, and budgets in close collaboration with project teams; tracked and reported on progress against schedules and budgets• Maintained full funnel media budget, providing a roadmap of spend allocation across activities to achieve yearly targets and led quality assurance across all plan inputs• Worked with media leads to create and foster key partner relationships (Google, Meta, TikTok, Yahoo, etc.)• Responsible for end-to-end management of monthly billing and POs across all media channels internally and externally with the client• Communicated strategy and campaign updates to clients via weekly calls, emails, and in-person meetings• Accountable for driving results against multitude of goals across the funnel and tracked progress toward goals and commitments at an executive level• Helped develop overarching account strategy and ensured day-to-day projects drove toward it
