Brandt Hamby is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Six Pillars Partners, a private equity firm that makes active investments in culture-driven companies with over $3M in EBITDA. Brandt has served as both an operating executive and private equity partner. His first business, StraightSource, was a pioneer in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Industry. Within StraightSource, Brandt was a Principal serving in multiple roles including EVP of Global Marketing, EVP of Business Development, and COO. StraightSource was chosen as "RPO Provider of the Year" in 2006 by the HR Outsourcing Association and was sold to Kenexa (KNXA) in 2007. Kenexa was sold to IBM in 2012 for $1.3B.Brandt is currently a board member for Cadient Talent and Tax Advisors Group (TAG). He also serves on the Board of Directors Sigma Nu Zeta Omicron (UNT) Alumni Association.Brandt and his wife MaryAnn have been married for 25 years. They have three children and are involved with several local and international family-care organizations. The Hambys' eldest son was adopted from St. Petersburg Russia, and the Hambys continue to be highly engaged in the international adoption community.
