• Manage client’s implementation and integration of software solutions such as ERP, ECM, Employee Training/Tracking, Equipment, HR Employee portals• Review and assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and ways to develop/implement improvements for the client

Responsible for managing the implementation of software solutions that better help firms run their business. This includes coordinating with the vendors of the software solutions to provide cross-platform integrations to better serve the client’s needs. Will also review and assess a client’s existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and ways to develop/implement these improvements.Typical projects include reviewing existing processes; new process design; development and implementation of tools to reduce inefficiencies and operational friction – examples of these would be building custom reporting and workflow tools; coordinating a master schedule to ensure project success.
