• Source candidates from different job portals such as C.B, Monster and Zip-recruiter • Screen candidates for different clients such as Ametek, Meggit, Stericycle, Sodexo and PFG • Negotiate the pay as per experience of candidate• Handle on-boarding and new hire process• Manage different VMS such as Beeline and Elevate for different jobs • Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done accordance with employment laws and regulation

• Source candidates from C.B and screen the candidates for clients such as Wesco and Ametek• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates• Handle new hire process • Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process

• Communicate with potential job candidates• Contact candidates regarding their interview scheduled and joining formalities• Respond to HR related queries within the company• Manage HR records including resumes, applicant logs, employee forms and handle documents
