I’m thrilled to share that I’ve recently joined Leadership for Equity (LFE) Pune as a Project Associate. In this role, I will be contributing to the Amazon Future Engineer (AFE) program, along with initiatives under NEP 2020 and NIPUN Bharat.I am honored to work closely with key stakeholders, including DITE Sindhudurg and Kolhapur, the District Education Officers of Sindhudurg and Kolhapur, the Jilha Parishad CEOs, and the District Collectors. Looking forward to advancing equitable education and making a meaningful impact in these districts.

I have completed my block fieldwork for postgraduate program at TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) Mumbai, in CODP (Community Organization and Development Practice) course. Under the guidance of Ayush Prasad, who was the presumptive collector, and Arpit Chohan, who was the trainee collector, a month's fieldwork was completed at the Collectorate in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.During my fieldwork, I have worked with the ITDP (Integrated Tribal Development Project) department and its Project Officer (PO). This experience may have exposed me to the workings of local government and tribal development initiatives in the region.A significant part of my fieldwork involved setting up a wine factory in Chopda tehsil (also known as taluka or upazila) of Jalgaon district. The aim of the project is to stimulate local economic development, preferably using local agricultural products and providing employment opportunities in the area.
