- Growing the customer base and retention for Flipkart through incentives (coupons) and product led solves- Acquired ~4Mn incremental customers (MAC) through couponing throughout the year 2023 (<70Cr total spends). Max scale achieved in Dec with 0.7Mn incremental MAC in just 9 days at a spend of 13Cr.- Managed and collaborated on 20+ successful product tracks across Softlines and Hardlines with an annualized impact of 3000Cr+ GMV- Introduced the next level of optimization in couponing, using ML models to decide the TG which led to an increase in efficiency by 25~30%

- Worked with senior PMs and collaborated across teams to drive improvements on the user product.- Improved and successfully led the GTM of an internal tool to reduce the number of homepage layouts by 20x - to help scale Dunzo Daily.- Collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to build a tool for benchmarking SKU prices on Dunzo.- Participated in user research to derive insights about how users perceive the idea of "fresh" in perishable consumables- Generated critical user insights from play store reviews- Optimised search tags for better discovery of items on the app- Derived critical insights by tracking metrics using analytics tools like CleverTap, Tableau and SQL.
