Export regulations, Import regulations and other corporate laws) with proven records of 100% compliances.• 100% compliances in Secretarial areas and various filing with MCA in a year.• Team player in bringing additional benefits to Organization in form of Duty Scripts from SEPC and MIES.• Closely controlling, reviewing and Modelling to Revenue with Top Management. Periodic Reporting of Project Wise Profitability, Business Segment Profitability and Locational Profitability.• Treasury and For-ex Management including forecast and budgeting.• Closely working with the Finance Director and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, strategic plans and framing financial Policies.• Preparing and explaining monthly profit & loss projections; establishing product/segment line profit & loss statements till EBIT Level to identify opportunities and risks, monthly management (MIS) reports.• Monitoring key performance indicators, strategic initiatives, risk scenarios and business plans for the Finance Department and periodical review of Budget to Actual performance.• Supervising the conduct of statutory/ Group/Tax/Transfer pricing audits and liaison with Statutory Auditors & Tax Auditors for smooth audit governance & completion.• Developing Internal Controls, Risk Mechanism, Process Improvements and Training to Team & across Departments.

• Leading Finance Team and handling Direct and Indirect Taxation, SAP Implementation and Process Improvements and Developing Risk Mechanism Controls etc.• SAP Implementation in line with various changes in various laws and GST regulations.• Implementing the entire transition towards “Goods and Service Tax (GST)” one of the biggest Indirect Tax Reform within the company in accordance with the statutory requirements of Law.• Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly/quarterly financial statements & submissions to stock exchanges as per Securities and exchange board of India (SEBI) Listing Regulations.• Maintaining statutory and group books of accounts, preparation of annual accounts (including financial statements, notes to accounts and other disclosures as required under the Statutory Laws, Indian GAAP) in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) • Working with the VP and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, strategic plans and framing financial Policies for the Group• Working on the Merger related activities.• Supervising the conduct of statutory/internal audits and liaison with Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors for smooth audit governance & completion• Team Handling and training to Team on various areas
