● To lead a team providing a service to operations function in Acid purification plant, Waste acid and waste water treatment, Potable water treatment, cooling water treatment for industrial purpose, water supply for firefighting system, Natural gas supply, waste management, Demineralized water generation, steam generation and compressed air generation. ● Perform corrective actions as required, and update the equipment record on the computerized maintenance management system. Review and comprehend work packages and the individual requirements of the maintenance activity

● Taking care of operation and maintenance of R/O water treatment system. Waste water treatment system, Raw water treatment system, Portable water system, Cooling water system, Firefighting water system, Natural gas supply, Waste management, Demineralized water generation and compressed air system.● Monitor reverse osmosis system and report when micron filters and mix beds need to be changed out. Monitor temperatures, pressures, levels and flows to ensure readings are in proper parameters on the Distributive Control System. Supports in the preparation for Annual Inspection

Record operational data; complete and maintain forms, logs and reports.● Monitoring & filling of Daily Checklist/ Reports. Carryout of preventive maintenance of equipment & documentation of the same as per defined schedule / SOP.
