1) New vendor sourcing / development for the current and upcoming R & D projects & alternate vendor development from both national and overseas markets..2) Ordering of samples , its collection & inspection from the quality R & D department.3) Floating RFQ's , Evaluation of quotations on basis of incoterms , payment terms ,lead time & Calculation of BOM cost after evaluating all factors .4) Releasing orders trhough SAP and its follow up for the pilot production/ prototyping.

1)New alternate vendor development , procurement & purchase of best material at cheap prices from both national and international markets.2) Floating RFQ’s ,quote comparison , negotiations for purchasing of BOM items ( electronic components , plastic & mechanical enclosures , mechanical parts & other non BOM parts likes machines, etc from national and overseas markets.3) Creation of po’s in SAP & folloup for timely deliveries .4)Commercial Documentation & clearance through DHL, FEDEX and other shipping agents of import purchases.5) Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues withvendors.6) Evaluate supplier performance based on ISO quality standards, delivery time & best prices & ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
