Bhanu is Executive Committee Member at Tega Industries where he manages a diverse workforce operating in 21 countries, spread across six continents. He is a seasoned HR professional with hands on experience spanning over two decades in building and scaling a start-up, acquiring and integrating one of the country's largest infrastructure company and fostering cultural transformation at an Indian corporate with global presence to become a true MNC. He considers himself to be lucky to have worked in Conglomerate, Indian MNC and Start-up setup which taught him that HR approach at core is same, solutioning may require situational fine tuning, be it Core Economic Sectors like Energy or Steel, Software, Media, Auto or Industrial Engineering. Starting as a software engineer, he has successfully managed and delivered in various roles across all continents, cultures and sectors including both service and manufacturing. He considers himself lucky to have worked on the other side of the table as a business function employee, which makes him sensitive to expectations of people from HR and their perception about the department. This helps him deliver solutions with more empathy and inclusiveness making him an HR business partner in true sense. His expertise is his innate ability to simplify, bring order, engage with multiple stakeholders and create buy-in for large scale co-evolved solutions to complex-tacit organisation problems. This has helped him successfully deliver on multiple organisational development such as cultural transformation, organisation effectiveness, business process transformation, M & A integrations interventions.
