Key member of the Risk and Compliance department specializing in Anti Money Laundry (AML). Our team dealt with the technology side of AML supporting and developing MANTAS application according to the business requirements. The goals of these projects were to modify the AML Trust feed graphs, design and develop new AML Pershing and Broadridge (Brokerage) feed graphs, upgrade MANTAS 4.1.1 to MANTAS 5.5 which included upgrading existing feeds graphs MANTAS 4.1.1 to MANTAS 5.5, Oracle 9i to 10g, Informatica 7.11 to 8.11 and Mantas AML 2009 enhancements.Designed and developed the regression testing graphs using Ab Initio to create the regression reports for Mantas 4.1.1 and 5.5.Performance tuned the Mantas 5.5 Ab Initio graphs to run more efficiently in turn reducing the overall batch run time.Developed Ab Initio graphs to compare alerts generated in Mantas 4.1.1 with alerts generated in Mantas 5.5 used by the business to complete impact analysis critical to assisting in the validation and tuning of the scenarios.Analyzed the Mantas scenarios and applied UI, functional and performance customizations to the Mantas scenarios.Involved in load test for the user Interface and the Cognos Reports. Project: Build a customer centric data warehouse to analyze transactions across finance, marketing, risk collections and consumer relations for the credit card division of AMEX. Clean customer data warehouse successfully implemented on Oracle target, the data warehouse is growing in its analytical richness.Developed and supported the extraction, transformation and load process (ETL) for a Data Warehouse from their OLTP systems using Ab Initio ETL tool and provided technical support.Responsible for analyzing various data sources such as flat files, ASCII Data, EBCDIC Data, Relational Data (Oracle, DB2 UDB, MS SQL Server) from various heterogeneous data sources. Project: Develop applications for Customer Relationship Management capabilities and the integration of these capabilities within technology architecture and business process. Project: Continued enhancements of the portal system the company had in place for their healthcare Providers, which provided their physician network with single-source access patient eligibility, claims, referral, deductible and co-pay amounts, and other healthcare information. Task involved the continued extraction and integration of data from different transactional systems such as mainframe source files, Oracle, SQL Server, and other legacy systems. Project: Change the company's existing operational source system based on product centric approach to customer centric approach. The Data Warehouse was built to successfully integrate key customer information like consumption, billing, sales, service, and product data for analysis. The warehouse provides an integrated and standard view for all customer activity, empowering business users to improve decision-making capabilities. Interpreted the information from various Operational Data Sources and external systems to create a road map for the Data Warehouse design. Analyzed business needs and implemented the same into a functional database design. Extensively used Erwin for Data modeling, Dimensional Data modeling and Design Schemas.
