Designed and implemented plans for creating deeper relationships and revenue growth.Worked with Customers’ c-suite executives and operational, engineering and IT leadership teams to align our plans and capabilities to understand and help meet their objectives, goals, aspirations and overcome challenges and improve customer satisfaction ratings/NPS.

As part of the founding sales team of the test services startup, responsible for selling outsourced testing services to ISVs. Managed inside sales (outbound email and tele-sales). Grew customer list by over 400% and revenue by over 150%. Focused initially on Early Stage (Series A and Series B funded companies) to grow business quickly and progressed to working with some of the largest names in technology. I moved to Boston to establish and manage Azecsoft business in the north-east post Disha's acquisiton by Aztecsoft in 2004.

Responsible for setting up technology risk management and application testing outsourcing practice which generated over $750K in revenues the first 12 months of operation. I was also responsible for building delivery infrastructure in India for the entire business. Ramped up the team to 70+ engineers and gained ISO 9000:2000 certification in October 2003.

Responsible for selling application engineering and technology development services to product companies and large systems integrators.
