• Instructed technical courses such as Software Engineering, JAVA, UX, Web Architecture, RDBMS, etc. to >6000 newly recruited corporate professionals for >800 teaching hours and enabling them to develop software for Infosys.• Managed >2500 trainees across 8 batches by driving product strategy, mentoring careers within Infosys and applying data analytics on trainees’ performances to generate insightful reports.• Led a cross-functional team of 8 towards development of 2 disruptive and scalable e-learning products for Infosys’ corporate training program thereby saving >10000 employee hours and resulting in 3 new product initiatives.• Acted as liaison with internal clients to set the vision, scope, schedule and extract necessary functional, nonfunctional and business requirements for 3 development projects• Co-managed the Infosys’ online training platform – Interactive Learning Center (ILC) – used for all training purposes by E&R in two capacities, as an admin and a subject matter expert.• Executed a high profile R&D project - VIGDM (spearheaded by our Chairman Emeritus) to establish macro level e-learning content on software management and maintenance for project managers and senior management.• Proposed the design of the output web apps by creating wireframes/mockups using Netbeans IDE & Balsamiq and developed unit-tested code in Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS and procedural SQL for in-house software projects.• Drafted training and user manuals to the new-system users and leveraged an existing software portal to track and escalate trainees’ request and provide tech. support• Published 4 papers on business analysis and software development methodologies in international journals and organized 6 extensive ‘Agile using Scrum’ workshops across Infosys and influencing >16000 employees.• Cleared with distinction the international course ‘Advanced Software Engineering – A Practitioner’s Approach’ between Infosys Ltd. & MIS dept. at University of South Florida
